Sales Manager for Switzerland

We are looking for a Sales Manager for Switzerland with a strong background in the B2B sales and hotel technologies to develop the assigned market.

As a Sales Manager for Switzerland , you will be responsible for the acquisition of new hotel customers and the account management of key customers from the assigned area. You will also deal with the long-term growth of the assigned market and the successful accomplishment of targets.

Main responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Acquisition of new partners
  • Proactive lead generation through campaigns, industry and networking events, social media, fairs and exhibitions, speaking at seminars, etc.
  • In charge for the complete sales cycle - full-scale presentations and demonstrations, preparing and updating proposals, business negotiations and closing deals.
  • Liaising with customers and the support team
  • Organising field trips, visits, events and meetings
  • Speaking at trade fairs, exhibitions and seminars
  • Account management of key customers in the assigned area

Required Competences:

  • Previous sales or consulting experience, or equivalent professional background
  • Expertise in hotel industry and relevant knowledge will be an advantage. Previous experience with hotel software sales is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to develop and maintain business relationships and networks
  • Passionate about technology and innovations
  • Highly responsible and focused on customers and business targets
  • Pro-active and independent
  • Excellent communication, presentation and business skills
  • Result-driven
  • Readiness to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Valid driving licence
  • German at native level and fluency in both spoken and written English, additional languages will be considered an advantage.

  • Ability to work remotely and independently in a close communication with the company team.
