Q: What type of software were you using to manage your property?
A: Back in the days, we were using printable sheets on a clipboard.
Q: What made you look for a new hotel management system? What problems were you trying to solve? What results did you want to achieve?
A: As Bower got more famous and more guests started checking in on a regular basis, we realised we needed to get better organized to avoid double bookings. And from a customer service standpoint, we needed the right PMS for our operations to grow the right way.
