Guest profiles in Clock PMS let you see your regular guests and capture all their client history. Save time and avoid duplication of guest entries by directly importing guest contact details from the existing guest profile.
Easily search and find guest profiles
Quickly search for guests by name, email or phone. Even if it’s a new booking, Clock PMS recognises guests with previous stays. Instantly get access to links to all their present and previous bookings and see their you contact details, special requirements and even reviews of previous stays. Click the phone or email button to quickly get in touch with the guest.
Avoid duplication
When creating a new booking, just enter the guest email and the system suggests automatically completing the rest of the guest contact details for you when a related gust profile exists. This way you avoid guest duplication by entering guest information in several different ways.
