Clock PMS is a centralised management system. Once rates, restrictions, promotions, etc. are set or updated in the system, this information is instantly available to your front desk staff.
Successful selling requires to be able to quickly look up and effectively communicate all applicable rate details to customers - from the total room charges and average price for the stay period to the applicable the daily rates, guarantee policies and restrictions.

When you select the right package, you’re one click away to create a booking. Click a green Book button, and Clock PMS starts a new booking for the respective room type/room and rate using the values of your search criteria to prefill booking fields.

Click the Available filter and/or Favourite to have a screen only showing the available accommodation units and/or favourite rates.
