Integrated Billing Portal of Clock Software
For your convenience, we have integrated the Billing Portal of Clock Software, you well know, into Clock PMS Suite and Clock POS. You no longer need to switch systems. Once logged in, you can easily access our Integrated Billing Portal by simply clicking the Edit Billing Profile button of the Help menu in the Navigation bar.
By default, access rights to this feature are granted to the account owner who can further grant these access rights to other users, too.
Payment Method Information
In order to use our Billing Portal, you first need to add your preferred method of payment and the related details. To do so, simply click the Add link.
On the Payment Method Information page, you can choose one of the following options to pay your monthly subscription fee: credit card , PayPal and DirectDebit.
a) Credit Card
You'll need to fill in all the credit card fields:
- Credit card holder's First and Last name
- Credit card number
- Expiry date
- CVV number (to be found on the back of your credit card)
- Click Update to complete the registration of the credit card with our Billing Portal
Another payment method supported by our Integrated Billing Portal is PayPal Express Checkout, which is a fast, easy way for you to pay with PayPal. After selecting the PayPal option, click the 'Check out with PayPal' button. You will be redirected to the PayPal login page. After authenticating your PayPal account, you are taken to the checkout page where they can confirm your Billing Information.
Direct Debit payments have been praised for their convenience, security and automatability. The Billing Portal of Clock Software supports DirectDebit payments in pounds and euros for customers from the UK and the Eurozone. After selecting the DirectDebit option, click the 'Set up Direct Debit' button, you will need to enter:
- Your First and Last Name or use a company name ('Click here to use a company name' option)
- Email and Country
- Your sort code and account number or IBAN ('Click here to enter IBAN' option)
- Post code
Or alternatively, you can use the 'Click here to enter your address manually' to fill in:
- Your billing address
- Town or city
- Post code
- Click 'Set up Direct Debit' to complete the registration
Payment History and Subscriptions
In the Payment History section, you will find detailed information of the invoices issued like their payment status, date of issue and number, etc. You use the 'Download as PDF' link to download the invoice as PDF.
The Subscriptions shows the timeline of your subscriptions including the amount and period of recurring subscription charges.
