Q: Please give a short description of your property.

Zh.Zh.: Central Hotel Sofia is the newest 4-star hotel in the center of the Bulgarian capital, located within walking distance to most of the cultural and architectural attractions as well as to many of the main administrative buildings. The hotel has 70 rooms, 3 modernly equipped meeting rooms, a restaurant, a small spa center with Jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath and a massage room. For a year and a half the hotel became one of the most preferred hotels in Sofia both for business and leisure guests. The customer service is among the leading strategy lines and the synergy with the Clock PMS+ thus is even better.

Q: What type of software were you using to manage your property?

Zh.Zh.: The old hotel before being rebuilt was one of the first clients of Clock in Bulgaria. With the opening of the new Central Hotel Sofia we have preferred to use the innovative cloud based version.

Q: What made you look for a new hotel management system?

Zh.Zh.: We were searching for innovative technology for the new hotel and the good partnership, already established with Clock was a good starting point to start talking about their new product and trying it.
