Q: What made you look for a new hotel management system?

A: The reason why the previous system didn’t work out was that it didn’t give me stability to work 24/7

A: When we started looking for a new PMS, Clock stood out because all the operations that we have are fully integrated into one system.

Q: How did the implementation go?

A: In one week time we manually entered all the data into the system. That way we could know how it works as well. And that was one of the most important things that we did when we started.

Q: What has changed for you and your business since you started using Clock PMS?

A: Before we started with Clock, I think we had 30 to 40 percent more employees at the front desk than we do now.

Q: How does Clock PMS handle payment security?

A: We started using the integrated payment solution by Adyen. And that relieved our accounting administration a lot. Because when you have a closed payment circuit you don’t have to check if the payment was right.

Q: Your favourite functionality?

A: Booking Enquiry tool - because it really relieves my staff of doing the things that guests know best, like filling out their details, credit card details, paying the bills, having the invoice, etc.

Q: Is there anything else you want to share with us about your experience with Clock PMS?

A: If you choose one integrated hotel management system, you have one person to talk to. And they (Clock) are responsible for the total functionality of your system. And only that way you can ensure the stability and the future proofness of your PMS.
