- Automated Tourist‑Tax Compliance: Clock handles the manual export of guest data into Feratel Deskline 3.0 via Clock’s Export tab, ensuring all required bookings and associated guest details are delivered correctly and on time. The first export performs a full initial sync based on your chosen start date, followed by automatic exports on subsequent updates (e.g. status changes, cancellations, or guest data changes).
- Configurable Export Settings for Legal Accuracy: Choose the country (Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein), ÖSTAT municipality code, property mapping code and children’s maximum age in the setup—allowing you full control over the data submitted for accurate tax reporting.
- GDPR‑Aware Guest Consent Management: The integration prompts creation of a custom gdpr_card_agreement field in guest profiles to capture consent for data transfer to the feratel card system. This simplifies GDPR compliance and avoids manual processing via the WebClient.
- Export History & Error Tracking Dashboard: A built‑in History tab displays all successful and failed exports, including error messages with causes to help admins quickly resolve any issues.
- Flexible Initial Sync with Built-In Logic: Set the “start date” to exclude prior bookings or include the full history up to that point. Clock guarantees that bookings within that period will trigger updates if modified later, while older reservations are excluded unless part of the initial sync.
