Requirements and Specifics
Please be aware of the following requirements that ensure the smooth running of the integration between Clock and Fiscalization (Epson).
- The fiscalization interface supports EPSON RT printers.
- The EPSON RT printers should be configured to work with the FPmate TCP-IP communication interface, and it should be activated and working.
- A Clock IoT device is required (Order Hardware).
- The EPSON RT printers and Clock IoT device should be connected to the same local network.
- Contact Clock Customer service team for activation.
