Requirements and specifics

These notes help ensure the integration between Clock and Zapier runs smoothly.

The integration allows you to connect your Clock PMS / POS account with a selected app.

The supported Triggers (events that trigger data sending to Zapier) are the following:

  • Payment create - Triggers when a new payment is posted to a folio;
  • Charge Create - Triggers when a new charge is posted to a folio;
  • Booking Create - Triggers when a new booking is created;
  • Folio Event - Triggers when a folio close/void occurs;
  • Booking Enquiry Room Create - Triggers when a new room is added to a booking enquiry. Each room from the enquiry will be sent separately;
  • Booking Update - Triggers when a booking is updated;
  • Folio Create - Triggers when a new folio is created;
  • Company Create - Triggers when a new company is created;
  • ToDos - Triggers when a new ToDo is created.

Actions /when data is sent from Zapier to Clock PMS/ currently the supported actions are:

  • Create ToDo - Zapier can initiate the creation of new ToDo;
  • Update ToDo - Zapier can initiate an update of an existing ToDo.
