We reward loyalty with extra discounts or capped fees.
We only charge small extra fees when there are real additional costs — like third‑party services, custom development, or added server load. These are optional, transparent, and charged only if used:
These fees exist only to cover real extra costs — and many hotels never need them. And it's really all - nothing else is charged separately.
No. All prices exclude VAT, GST, or other applicable local sales taxes. For most of the countries that means you will be a subject of reverse VAT reporting.
Not at all. You don’t share a percentage of your earnings. This is a predictable subscription based on your hotel’s annual performance.
At the end of each year, you can request to move to a different tier - up or down - for the next 12 months, depending on your performance.
We collect fees automatically based on a direct debit or recurring billing mandate you provide when signing the agreement. You’ll get access to our billing portal, where you can set up a direct debit mandate for SEPA or BACS (in the Eurozone or UK) or connect a credit card or PayPal account. We automatically charge amounts due on the first day of the calendar month. We don’t accept manual bank transfers for monthly payments because processing them is costly and inefficient — it would require a larger billing team and higher fees for everyone. Our automated billing keeps admin costs low, helping us offer better pricing to all customers.
No, you can use one of the connected providers if you already have a merchant account with them, groups can even connect a different provider via our API, or choose Clock Payments for a fully quick and automated setup.
