Addendums
The Service Terms include two Addendums:
How Klok AD processes personal data on behalf of the hotel under the GDPR: instructions, security measures, sub-processors, breach notification, deletion, audits, international transfers.
The categories of data and digital assets a hotel can export, the means and formats, and the categories excluded, with the API documentation as the authoritative reference.

Switching information — how to terminate, switch to another provider or to your own infrastructure, or retrieve and erase your data: the process, the periods, the assistance provided free of charge, what is payable on termination, and known technical limitations. How Clock, as data controller, handles the personal data of website visitors, prospective customers, business contacts and visitors of guest-facing apps. For guest data processed within the Clock service on behalf of a hotel, Clock acts as data processor: see Annex 1 and the privacy notice of the hotel concerned.
The terms under which guests use the booking engine, online check-in, guest portal and other guest-facing apps. Bookings and purchases made through the apps are a direct relationship between the guest and the hotel.
The Clock service is provided by the following companies:
Provider and operator of the service; from 1 January 2027 the contracting and invoicing company for all customers.
Global reseller of the service until 31 December 2026.
Legal notices, objections under the Service Terms and any other formal communication to either company are to be sent to hello@clock-hs.com. Notices sent to this address are deemed received on the working day following the day of sending.
